SIGNAL enters operation.
The qualification layer is live. What it assesses, the operators it routes, and how it connects to the rest of the platform.
SIGNAL is live, and operating, at signal.glomotec.com. It is the first module of the glomotec platform to enter public operation, and it performs the function the rest of the platform depends on: it qualifies.
SIGNAL is live
SIGNAL is the intelligence and qualification layer of the platform. It is reachable now, on the web and on mobile, as a working system rather than a description of one. It is the point where an operator's relationship with the platform begins.
What SIGNAL does
SIGNAL establishes the shape of a cross-border mobility need before any execution work begins. It assesses four things: who is moving, the market they are moving toward, the objective behind the move, and the timeline it has to happen on.
From that assessment, SIGNAL produces two outputs. The first is a qualified record, a structured profile of the need that the rest of the platform can act on. The second is a pathway: a clear reading of whether a viable route exists, and which one. Qualification is not a form. It is the conversion of an open-ended question into a defined, actionable case.
The entry point to the platform
SIGNAL is also the platform's single entry point. Every operator enters through SIGNAL. The other modules do not take direct entry. This is deliberate. COMPASS executes cases, VECTOR carries employment-led pathways, ORBIT routes partner work, but each of them acts on a qualified record, and SIGNAL is what produces that record.
A case that has passed through SIGNAL arrives at the next module already defined: scoped, structured, and ready to be carried forward. The qualification work is done once, at the front, and every module downstream inherits it.
Qualification is not the step before the work. It is the step that makes the work coherent.
Why qualification comes first
Most mobility processes begin with execution and discover the qualification problem later, when a case turns out to be unviable, mis-scoped, or pointed at the wrong pathway. By then the cost has been incurred.
SIGNAL moves that work to the front. It is faster to establish that a pathway does not exist than to execute most of one and find out. And a case that is qualified well at the start is a case that every subsequent module can carry without re-stating it. SIGNAL entering operation is the first layer of the platform going live. It is also the layer the others were built to run on.
Mobility is regulated. The platform makes it operable.
