03 · Step Two

Qualify.

An automated qualification engine reviews every signal. It assesses three dimensions: the authority of the person to commit to a decision, the deployable resources behind the engagement, and the tailorability of the case to a structured solution.

The output is not a sales tier. It is an action path. Some prospects move directly to compliance pre-check. Others enter nurture. Others are referred to ORBIT partners better placed to serve them. Each path is a deliberate routing decision, not a queue.

Authority

Decision authority over the engagement. Whether the person can commit, or is researching for someone who can.

04 · Step Three

Pre-check.

Every engagement passes through a formal compliance pre-check. The check screens for adverse media, politically exposed person designations, sanctions and enforcement-list entries, and any current investigation or court matter relevant to the engagement.

Cleared clients receive a signed Compliance Pre-Check report that documents the findings and the sources reviewed. The report is dated, retained as part of the engagement record, and serves as the institutional artefact the engagement is built on.

Clients who require flagged review enter a separate workflow. Clients who do not clear are not engaged.

05 · Step Four

Onboard.

Cleared clients are issued portal access. The portal provides a single secure environment for document exchange, scope agreement, identity capture, and engagement provisioning. Information moves in one direction. No documents over email. No version-control ambiguity.

Engagement scope is agreed in writing inside the portal. The case is provisioned to the assigned glomotec module. The team operating the case sees the same record the client sees.
