Global Mobility has had no equivalent. No institutional laboratory dedicated to applying research, engineering, and experimentation to how people, capital, and organisations move across borders.

Research must ship.

A thesis is incomplete until it has been applied. Labs measures its work by what has shipped into production, not by what has been written about.

Engineering carries the standard.

Labs outputs are production-grade from the first commit. Experimental code is fine for the experiment. It does not leave the lab in that state.

Incubation has a runway.

Every zero-to-one effort begins with defined milestones and a defined horizon. Incubation is not a shelter from accountability. It is a focused investment under clear conditions.

Openness where it compounds.

Where publishing, open-sourcing, or open-weighting a contribution moves the category forward without harming the platform, we default to open. The category needs an institutional lab that gives back.
